To help your order arrive without delay:

  • All shipping addresses must use Latin characters only

  • Address Line 1: Maximum 35 characters

  • Address Line 2: Maximum 30 characters

  • We do not offer address validation—please double-check your details before submitting


🌍 International Delivery

For international orders, a recipient phone number is required to ensure successful delivery. Missing or incorrect contact information may result in delays or failed delivery.


📦 PO Box Delivery

Delivery to PO boxes is only recommended within the United States. For other countries, PO box delivery is at the customer’s own risk.

  • PO boxes vary in size. The largest available box measures 12" x 22.5"—please ensure your item will fit

  • Express Delivery is not available for PO box addresses. Orders will default to standard shipping

  • PO box addresses must follow this format:

    • First Name: John (matching the name on the box)

    • Last Name: Smith (matching the name on the box)

    • Address 1: PO Box 1776

    • Zip Code: 28034

    • City: Dallas

    • Country: United States

Please note: Even with correct formatting, PO box deliveries may experience delays. If you choose to use a PO box, we recommend reviewing potential risks, as delivery guarantees are lower than standard addresses.
