🌿 Return & Refund Policy

Each item in our shop is made just for you—produced only when ordered through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

We encourage you to double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order. Thank you for supporting our made-to-order process!


đź’” If Your Item Arrives Damaged

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives with a manufacturing error or damage, we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

If multiple items with the same design are affected, please include a photo or video showing all items together in one frame. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or Shopify account balance, depending on your billing currency.


📦 Delivery Issues

If your order was undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address or missed delivery window), you may choose:

  • A reprint with an additional charge

  • A partial refund

Please note: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a 0.5" tolerance in print placement is considered normal and not a defect.

đź’¸ Restocking Fee

Because each item is made-to-order, approved returns (in rare cases where they apply) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This helps cover the cost of processing and handling custom products. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small, faith-rooted business.
